I am writing to you today to express my appreciation of the dental care you have provided me with over the past three years.

From November 1979 I enjoyed a very good relationship with a dentist in your Parramatta area until he retired in June 1999.

Thanks to this dentist at that time recommending you to me which gave me confidence knowing that advice came within the dental profession.

I recall making my first visit to your surgery in June 1999 rather nervous.

I can say from that day to date I have appreciated the professional service you have provided me with both on an emergency basis and by appointment.

This unplanned move to your practice has allowed me to appreciate the much improved modern techniques in dental care, while being placed at complete ease with yourself and your very friendy staff.

Finally I would like to compliment your hygienist which I can best describe with the comment ...."I look forward to my next scheduled visit in June this year".

I was unaware that procedures performed in this area could be carried out painlessly.

I look forward to a long assocoation with you and your staff and have no hesitation in recommending you to my family and friends.

My name is Kate Giles and my family and I have been a patient of Active Dental for many years. It took me a long time to find a dentist that ensured the patients received the best care possible with minimal discomfort during any procedure necessary. My teeth have been stained from antibiotics taken in my childhood and I have always hated smiling and showing my teeth to anyone. I hated smiling that at my wedding I didn’t even have a photographer as I was too embarrassed to smile which is really sad as I only have some snaps that friends have taken.

But last year, Dr. Moffet kindly offered me a once in a lifetime chance to have veneers on my teeth. I wanted veneers for many years but like most of us, our children and other expenses come up and I put myself last. Dr. Moffet was advancing his training in regards to new technology in this area and I was thrilled to be offered this chance of a lifetime.

What a difference, I smile all the time and each time I look in the mirror I still remember my old stained teeth and appreciate so much my new smile. I even smile at my rear vision mirror when I am driving just to look at them. It will make a big difference to how you feel about yourself.

I can honestly say to anyone reading this, go and get veneers, if you to are embarrassed to smile like me and I know how it feels, it will make such a difference to your life and how you feel about you. So do something for yourself today and go and get a smile you can be proud of.

Approaching age 60 I am very conscious of preserving and maintaining my teeth for many years to come.

I have tried over the past years to retain a regular and reliable dentist.

Usually with change of employment and/or living arrangements it sometimes is difficult to establish a regular routine.

Luckily for me I discovered Dr Moffet's Active Dental.

His professional manner and customer service is quite exceptional. The attention to detail and advice on dental treatment puts my mind at ease on every appointment. Over the past 14 months I have visited 17 times and have been very satisfied with the procedure.

I can not explain the fear I had for dentists to the point where I use to faint in the surgery before any treatment commenced.

I was referred to Dr Sayma by a friend of mine. When my friend made that first phonecall, I felt comfortable and at ease. I made my appointment and attended the surgery in fear. Dr Sayma did a Consultation and advised me of my treatment plan. I then made another appt to start my treatment because I knew I was in the right place. The staff made me feel like a part of their family. I was treated with the most care and gentleness. I completed my treatment without general anaesthetic which I've never done in my life.

My treatment was painless and I can highly recommend anyone to this surgery without hesitation.

“I have been so happy with the implant that Dr Moffet has done for me. There has been no pain or discomfort and I have been able to eat easily. I was never totally happy having a bridge to fill my missing tooth. When Dr Moffet told me about the option of having an implant I was very excited.

“My daughter needed to have 2 of her baby teeth removed, which were quite wobbly but not coming out, so we could begin her orthodontics. She was very afraid to have an injection to reduce the discomfort of the extraction. She was given the option of having IV sedation which would send her into a lovely sleep and she would wake up with the teeth removed and minimal discomfort after.

Kate arrived on the day and was still very frightened at the thought of having her teeth removed. The staff were so warm and caring which really helped my daughter feel relaxed. Dr Briggs, who does the IV sedation and extractions at Active Dental, was so patient with my daughter and gave her the time she needed to get ready for the sedation. Before she knew it., the teeth were out and she was smiling ready to have her braces put on. The IV sedation is definitely the way to have any extraction because you are so relaxed and there is absolutely no pain at all.”
